The Airflow Measurement System<\/span><\/i> requires periodic\ninspection and calibration to insure that the equipment is functioning properly\nand within the required accuracy and repeatability ranges.

As well, this provides an opportunity to\ninterface with the Operator regarding preventative maintenance and additional\nrequests. The calibration procedure is expected to take 1-3 days. <\/span><\/p>\n\n

The system is calibrated at the factory at a certain pressures<\/span> using ASME standard nozzles<\/em> and upon request the System may be calibrated and configured to operate at other pressures.<\/p>

The Airflow Measurement System<\/em> is calibrated using transfer standards and collecting the blower speed, temperatures and pressures associated with the system bringing fixed differential pressure across the transfer standard. \u00a0After several transfer standards have been measured<\/span> an assessment is done to determine the blower\u2019s characteristics.\u00a0<\/p>

The use of MASTER components is highly recommended.\u00a0 Master components<\/em> have two functions in the measurement process: they are used to verify the stability of Airflow Measurement System, and they provide compensation in the measurement process.<\/p>
